Abstract Submission Information

We welcome the submission of abstracts for presentation as posters. Authors wishing to submit an abstract are requested to submit a maximum of 300 words, excluding the title, under one of the following themes:
• Prioritisation
• Resistant Agents and Hosts
• Our Changing World: Ecosystems Services and Health
• Occupational/Recreational Zoonoses
• Food Borne Disease

Authors can submit more than one abstract. The closing date for submission of abstracts of original work is 31 August 2007. One abstract from each category will be selected as an oral presentation. To be considered for an oral presentation, please ensure that your abstract is submitted by 31July 2007.

Authors who are accepted to present an oral presentation will also be required to bring a poster to the conference as well.

Abstract submission will be internet based via this website only.

Abstracts will be reviewed ‘blind’ and authors will be advised of the Abstract Committee’s decision within 4 weeks of submission.  Please note that all presenters are required to pre-register and pay a registration fee otherwise their abstract will be withdrawn.
