Delegate Fee
The registration fee for pre-registered delegates includes:
• Attendance at the scientific sessions and entry to the exhibition hall.
• Delegate bag and conference material
• Attendance at the Poster Reception
• Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch as published in the programme.
• Attendance at the Conference Dinner and Ceilidh
Registration Fees
Fees before 31 August - £275
Fees after 31 August - £325
On Site - £400
Cancellation Penalties
Cancellations before 1 October will be refunded less a £50 admin fee. Notification of cancellation should be sent to the conference organisers in writing by fax or email.
How to Pay
There are three methods of payment:
By Cheque
Cheques should be in Pounds Sterling and made payable to Zoonoses.
By Credit/Debit card
Only Visa, Mastercard or debit card can be accepted.
By Bank Transfer
Details are available on request from the Conference Organisers, In Conference Ltd.
It is essential that you quote your invoice reference number and/or delegate name in the transfer instructions in the section ‘Payment Reference’.

An official letter of invitation is available on request from the Conference Organisers.
